Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with Lead Gurus Pty Ltd (“Company”), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from placing an order or using our services.

2. Lead Generation Services

Lead Gurus provides lead generation services for financial advisers and insurance brokers. Leads are delivered according to the criteria you specify, including geographic area, income bracket, and other qualifying questions.

3. Lead Replacement Criteria

Lead replacements are offered under the following conditions:

• Non-existent phone numbers.
• Voicemail numbers that do not respond after three attempts.
• Incorrect salary information.
• Client or prospect located outside the agreed-upon region.
• Client’s prospect has emigrated or passed away.

Lead replacement requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. All replacement requests must be communicated in writing via email, and no replacements will be processed if not informed in this manner. Lead replacements may take up to 5 working days to process.

4. Timeframes and Fulfilment

Lead Gurus aims to deliver all leads within 3-4 working days for leads data and  7 to 10 working days for qualified leads after the order is confirmed. However, the full lead generation process for larger batches may take longer. You will receive a feedback report or spreadsheet with the details of all leads, including dispositions.

5. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in advance upon receipt of the invoice. Payments should be made via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to the account provided. Lead generation activities will only commence after the payment has been cleared.

6. Compliance and Data Privacy

Lead Gurus adheres to POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act) and is compliant with DMASA regulations. We do not purchase leads from external sources; all contacts are sourced from open domains. No personal information is retained after initial contact is made with a prospect.

7. Sales and Orders

All sales made on our website are final. Once an order is placed and payment is received, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted, except under the lead replacement criteria outlined in section 3.

8. Customisation and Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the client to choose the areas and target audience for lead generation. Lead Gurus is not liable for any incorrect choices made during the order process. The client must provide specific information about their preferences, including target region, qualifying questions, and other criteria.

9. Liability and Limitations

Lead Gurus cannot be held responsible there are no successful sales with the client.

Lead Gurus Pty Ltd is not responsible for any transactions, whether successful or not, between the client and the prospects generated. No claims for damages, losses, or any form of liability will be entertained for dealings between clients and prospects.

10. Recordings and Proof of Leads

If clients require call recordings or additional proof of the leads generated, these must be requested in advance and may be subject to additional charges.
