Reefund Policy
1. Lead Replacement Eligibility
Refunds are not available for leads once purchased. However, you are eligible for lead replacements if:
- Numbers provided are non-existent or invalid.
- Voicemail numbers do not respond after three attempts.
- The prospect’s salary information is inaccurate.
- The prospect has moved outside the agreed-upon location or region.
- The prospect has emigrated or passed away.
2. Replacement Process
To request lead replacements, you must contact Lead Gurus via email within 14 days of receiving the leads. Requests sent after this period will not be entertained. Lead replacements may take up to 5 working days to be processed.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Lead Gurus will not offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:
- If a meeting with the lead does not occur after the call recording is provided.
- If you are unable to reach the lead after the initial recorded call.
- If the lead denies knowledge of the call or is uninterested in further communication.
- If the lead has moved outside the specified area after the recorded call date.
4. Final Sale
All sales made on the Lead Gurus website are final, and no refunds will be issued except in the case of errors that meet the lead replacement criteria outlined above.
